The onboarding process ensures the efficient gathering of organizational hierarchy information and vendor contract data to build a complete detailed overview of the client’s market/IT licenses spend and product use. Every month or pre-defined period human resource changes are processed, captured and verified against the invoices and fundamental contacts to check for variances and accuracy. This prevents missed contract dates and more importantly wastage of unused services.
